In an interview, when you suddenly find yourself faced with questions like “How would you handle a difficult patient or co-worker?” or “What were the most difficult aspects of your previous job?”, it’s important, first of all, to never panic. You have to be prepared for questions like this and not let yourself get caught off guard.
The key here is to always focus on the positive. Tell your interviewer about the things you did to solve the problem, not on the things other people did to ruin everything. Focus on concrete solutions and never blame others. You interviewer will appreciate your professionalism. Answering in a clear and concise way also shows that you have the capacity to conduct yourself in a professional way even during times of stress.

The job calls for minimal hours depending on your employer and you can work from home, taking voice notes and taking them down in a transcript of paper form to serve as record of doctor’s patients. The job is good if you are good of hearing and can type fast for some require you to do your transcription job as the doctor goes in while some simply send in your voice files through your email or you retrieve from a central database, converting them to files you send into the doctor’s office. Requirements are minimal, a computer connected to the internet, a phone and a good understanding of your client’s doctors vocabulary or medical jargon. You can be paid by the hour or by batch of papers whichever you agree, and hours are quite flexible. As doctors themselves try to cut down on costs they are doing away with their personal secretaries and opt to hire part-time people for such needs.

Most of these countries have citizens who are so used to working in white collar jobs these types of work are out of their reach. Imagine the billions of dollars spent on the care of those who are in need and you’ll see just how much care is in need.
This is just for developed countries for elsewhere in developing nations there are millions more of these heroes who make a career of caring for those in need. From personal nurses to physical therapists, the amount of compassion and professionalism is a wonder to behold indeed. You should be wise in choosing a college course. you should take into consideration a lot of things before going for it. First and foremost, you have to really be interested with what you will be doing almost like passion. It must utilize your skills and potentials. It must be something that can compensate the work that you will be doing. You also have to look for current market trends and job trends. It will be a good source of information on how the job market is going to look like in the near future. What types of jobs will be virtually obsolete and which ones are going to be the most in demand. And one most likely to top the list in say, 10 years fast forward, is the Physician’s Assistant. This is so because more and more Americans will seek medical attention and treatment more it does now. It is beginning to put a major stress point in the doctors’ offices because the demand is rising while the number of qualified applicants are experiencing shortage. The supply and demand is unbalanced. And doctors and future doctors are looking for other medical fields to pursue due to the fact that malpractice insurance rates are soaring higher every year. To be able to pursue this, you need to finish a physician assistant degree or volunteer in medical assistance programs.

There are various medical careers that are in demand now a day due to many people getting sick because of the pollutions, harmful element, and disease. Common to it are nurse, medical transcriptionist, caregiver, dental aid, assistant doctors and etc. but I want to focus on caregiver because I know a lot of friends who are now caregiver. I also know a lot of care giving schools that produce quality caregiver. but again care giving is not a joke or not easy because as caregiver you are task to take care of the patient by feeding them, giving them their medicine on time, giving bath to them, changing their clothes and etc. and most of the patient are senior citizen (those who acts like children again), others are angry or depressed adults that will not follow you. And in relation to this I will suggest you watch “Caregiver” a Filipino film by Sharon Cuneta that show the life of a Caregiver abroad.
